Vegan Chocolate Cake
The best chocolate cake you've ever had.
Ingredients
- 240 g Oat Milk
- 15 g Apple Cider Vinegar
- 8.5 g Vanilla Extract
- 300 g Cake Flour
- 400 g Sugar
- 85 g Cocoa Powder
- 9.6 g Baking Powder
- 9 g Baking Soda
- 9 g Salt
- 355 g Boiling Water
- 163 g Vegetable Oil
- Buttermilk Mixture from Step 1

Combine the following to make buttermilk
- 240 g Oat Milk
- 15 g Apple Cider Vinegar
- 8.5 g Vanilla Extract

Whisk together the following:
- 300 g Cake Flour
- 400 g Sugar
- 85 g Cocoa Powder
- 9.6 g Baking Powder
- 9 g Baking Soda
- 9 g Salt

Milk until just combined
- 355 g Boiling Water
- 163 g Vegetable Oil
- Buttermilk Mixture from Step 1

Divide evenly in two 9in. cake pans (~800g per pan)

Bake at 350 degrees F for 33-37 minutes
