Combine the following to make buttermilk
- 240g Oat Milk
- 15g Apple Cider Vinegar
- 8.5g Vanilla Extract

Whisk together the following:
- 300g Cake Flour
- 400g Sugar
- 85g Cocoa Powder
- 9.6g Baking Powder
- 9g Baking Soda
- 9g Salt

Milk until just combined
- 355g Boiling Water
- 163g Vegetable Oil
- Buttermilk Mixture from Step 1

Divide evenly in two 9in. cake pans (~800g per pan)

Bake at 350 degrees F for 33-37 minutes
