A light and airy vegan chocolate buttercream frosting

Ingredients

  • 340 g Miyoko's Butter
  • 285 g Powdered Sugar
  • 60 g Oat Milk
  • 8.4 g Vanilla Extract
  • 285 g Powdered Sugar
  • 60 g Oat Milk
  • 85 g Cocoa Powder

  1. Cream together the following:
    • 340 g Miyoko's Butter
    • 85 g Cocoa Powder
  2. Mix in the following:
    • 285 g Powdered Sugar
    • 60 g Oat Milk
    • 8.4 g Vanilla Extract
  3. Mix in the following:
    • 285 g Powdered Sugar
    • 60 g Oat Milk
  4. Add Oat Milk or Powdered Sugar to bring to desired consistency.
